thanks Mike but should have gone straight board..sound is extremely muddy...the board should always outweigh the aud imo..where you running two decks? shows deserves a board now you have them tweaking the mix much better for a few years

Subject: doin the best with what you've got
the board feed was borderline ridiculously hot.
usually i'll try to run an approx. 80/20 sbd/aud mix.
at points i had to turn it all the way to down to avoid heavy clipping.
i thought it sounds stellar for the good parts.
maybe someday we'll be able to multitrack everything and mix it right for the tapes after the fact.
